You don't have an nvidia kernel module installed, so nvidia-utils will blacklist nouveau and nothing is gonna drive that chip.
pacman -Syu nvidia-ltsBut the plan was to disable some power saving mechanisms of the intel chip to see whether that's what's keeping the system active.

i installed nvidia-lts and installed well. But when I did mkinitcpio, it gave these warnings :

My friends told me that the Nvidia graphics card does not turn off properly.
