HDMI not passing trough audio for 1 TV
A few months ago, my TV decided to stop playing audio through HDMI and I do not know why. I tried plugging in 2 Windows laptops, and it works perfectly fine. I don't have another Linux computer to try plugging into this.
My laptop plays audio through HDMI fine on 4 other TVs and 2 monitors.
The Samsung UN65RU8000FXZA is the only one that can't play audio through HDMI for this specific laptop, but it worked before. I even tried reinstalling Arch Linux and it doesn't work.

Try to wipe the cache in ~/.local/state/wireplumber/
