Kmail Authentication error

Whenever I try to login to my gmail account (imap.gmail.com) from the kmail application (I am using KDE), I get this error and this my imap account settings :- https://0x0.st/XbTd.png. So basically I cannot login to my gmail account does anyone know why this is happening ?

Gmail needs Xoauth authentication. Plain password was disabled long ago.
