Arch linux stuck at installation

So I tried installing arch from my usb drive, but could't procees. Here is the error message

previously it was showing
`device descriptor read/64 error -71` saw some posts to switch off the pc and switch back on with no useless usbs, got it to proceed but to get stuck here again.

So, I guess I solved it.
In windows the same promt was showing in Device Manager Usb Controller, I checked and it said port#smth hub#3
So I went to bios and disabled the usb port 3. Which worked.
Further googling I found out that this error is related to faulty hardware or noise in the connection (correct me if I am wrong here please).
As I mentioned above the suggestion was to disconnect all useless usb's on installation, to reduce the chances of this.
