Systemd-boot instantly stop working

Hi everyone, my friend have installed archlinux about 3 months ago, and two days ago arch just stop booting. Boot list (arch and reboot to firmware) are showing, but then nothing else
From second disk we tried:
1. rebuild initramfs (sudo mkinitcpio -P linux)
2. reinstall bootctl
3. switch to booster initramfs
4. check partitions UUID
5. reinstalls kernel

including his:
1. mkinitcpio.conf http://0x0.st/Xb6h.txt
2. journalctl -b is blank (-no entries-)

what should we do next to make it boots ?

also bootctl list isn't reporting any errors, secure boot and fast boot disabled, second disk (which is booting normally) is legacy, not in gpt format

help me please someone...
uefi arch iso from usb also not working, but ventoy starts fine

It seems you miss the base parameter in your HOOK:
HOOKS=(base ...
