Random disk error at boot

Hello, since few days it happens that sometimes the system doesn't boot and I have the error in the picture. If I force reboot it doesn't change, but the weird thing is that if I boot windows and then reboot arch, it normally boots. How is it possible? Could it be that the SSD is breaking?

Re: Random disk error at boot

Do you have microcode installed for your CPU (Intel or AMD)?

Disable fast boot in Windows.

Re: Random disk error at boot

Microcode should be always installed. Without that, especially new CPUs, may not work well. Microcode correct errors and security vulnerabilities in CPUs.
For Intel CPUs it is intel-ucode package, for AMD CPUs - amd-ucode package.

thank you, I'll try to install it and I'll check if I will continue having this issue - that anyway never happened before in years of arch experience...
