The normal text console is currently displayed on all monitors, using the smallest resolution for all of them. Is there a way to change that to only use my main monitor?
The motherboard firmware and GRUB menu are displayed correctly (only on the main monitor). I believe that UEFI GOP graphics are used up until the handoff to Linux. After the "Triggering uevents..." message, the screen briefly flickers and my secondaries activate, which then keep redundantly displaying the same content. This persists if I stay in the console.
Is there some kernel or driver parameter that controls this behavior?

I've just tried "video=HDMI-A-1:d video=DP-2:d", which has the desired effect in text mode but also completely disables those monitors system-wide. Is there a different way?
