Font spacing and missing character issues inside terminal

I have been facing font issues inside the terminal happening at random, which at times makes my terminal almost unusable. This happens in x11 and wayland both and also in both zsh and bash, switching terminal also doesn't help as I have tried both konsole and alacrity. Can someone help me debug it.
Below are few screenshots that depicts my issue

Have you tried rebooting your system?

I can't replicate this on any of my machines, have you tried changing hardware?

Re: Font spacing and missing character issues inside terminal

Which font is this? Make sure you use a monospace font for the terminal.

Also your system appears heavily outdated, check whether it's not fixed by an update already.
