Flameshot Not Working on Gnome with Wayland on Arch Linux

I'm facing an issue with Flameshot on the Gnome desktop environment under Wayland. It only works when I switch to Xorg. Both Arch Linux and Ubuntu 24.04 have the same Gnome version 46.  On Ubuntu 24.04, I managed to get Flameshot working under Wayland using custom keyboard shortcuts and a custom launcher following this guide but it doesn't work on Arch Linux. I have also tried several methods from github issue page but it didn't work on Archlinux. I've also tried KDE Spectacle but no luck. Does anyone know how to make Flameshot work under Wayland on Arch Linux? Or any alternative to flameshot (Gnome capture tool is inadequate)?

If you want to find an alternative, you may take a look at the wiki Screen capture and try them out until you find a suitable one.
