I have just updated my computer with yay, and it has shown me the message "Packages not in AUR: eclipse-java". In the webpage https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/eclipse, the link "eclipse-java" goes to the webpage https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/eclipse-java which shows the message "404 - Page Not Found".

The disadvantage of AUR helpers like yay is, that people never learn how the AUR actually works. In the top navigation bar of this very site, click AUR and search for "eclipse java" and see if there is anything that might work.
Alternatively, go to the Archlinux home page (in the same bar on top), find the mailing lists on the right and see if you can find anything about your package in the aur-requests lists. If you click on Archive, you can search the mailing list archive without downloading it.
EDIT:

eclipse-java and eclipse-java-bin have been merged. Since you've found it, please edit the wiki article and use that package.
