I am using Arch Linux with my Dell XPS laptop (with intel graphics). I have been using GNOME for a while and want to switch to a different desktop environment (i.e. Hyprland) but when I am connected to my 2 external monitors I am not able to change my environment in the log-in menu and am stuck with GNOME. When I disconnect the cable to my docking station and reboot I am suddenly able to choose different environments.
Here is the output from lspci:

Along your other thread this sounds like a problem w/ a hybrid graphics setup, but the lspci output only shows an intel VGA.
Connect the external outputs and then please post your complete system journal for the boot:
sudo journalctl -b | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.stOnline
