File conflict between riscv64-elf-newlib and arm-none-eabi-newlib

There seems to be conflict between the following packages:

• extra/arm-none-eabi-newlib 4.4.0.20231231-1

• extra/riscv64-elf-newlib 4.4.0.20231231-1

The conflicting file is /usr/share/info/porting.info.gz.

Since this blocks a standard full system update, had to circumvent it with

sudo pacman -S --overwrite "*" arm-none-eabi-newlib

sudo pacman -S --overwrite "*" riscv64-elf-newlib

That worked for me as well, but I imagine this is not the way it's supposed to go.
