User mode ftp server

Usermode ftp server is a gui ftp server that is only available in flatpak but i dont want to install flatpak thought of installing using source code but cant figure it out can someone experienced check it for me please.

This sounds like you search for a solution to a non-existent problem.
What do you want to achieve? Maybe there're other options than FTP.

Well, no, the python source code is right here and it appears to be a pretty standard python package - I suspect a PKGBUILD based on any python project template would do.

But I agree with the above - this sounds like an X-Y problem.  Why do you need "usermode"?  If you were considering building and installing a package, then you clearly have root access on the target machine.  Do you just want a graphical tool to transfer files?  If so, there are lots of options for that.

EDIT: actually this is just a graphical tool for building an ftp command line and launching ftp on the server ... it's really pointless.  Just run ftp yourself: if you can't open a terminal and type a command, then arch is really the wrong distro.
