Hyprland refresh rate issues

Hello! Recently switched to arch on my desktop, and decided to use wayland because I heard it has better multimonitor support. However, it seems my 4k display is capped to 30hz. Here is my monitor config in hyprland.conf:

My monitors, DP-3 and DP-2, both displaty correctly, but HDMI-A-1 is locked at 30hz. I'm using the proprietary video drivers for my RTX 2070 S, and I know it isn't a hardware/cable issue, since it works fine in windows. Here is the output for the relevant monitor in hyprctl:

as you can see, the 4k monitor is running at 30hz, and doesn't have a 60hz more for 4k. Why might this be? and how can I fix it?

Yesno. It'll automagically align DPI differences for you, that's pretty much it.
Also there's no "wayland", you're looking for features of the specific compositor.

PSA: 3rd link below. Mandatory.
Disable it (it's NOT the BIOS setting!) and reboot windows and linux twice for voodo reasons.

I tried the kernel parameters for the different color options you linked, but they didn't seem to change the behavior. I also switched around the cables with one of my other monitors to make sure it wasn't a cable issue, and nothing changed at all, so I don't think it's the cables.

Teh link there says that for the time being you can forget about yuv420 on wayland, try the behavior on X11 and in doubt enforce yuv420

Sorry for the late response, but I bought another cable rated at 18 gbps to make sure it wasn't a cable bandwidth issue, and the issue was still the same. Is that to say that for the meantime 4k60hz isn't possible on wayland over hdmi 2.0?

4k + > 60Hz + HDMI 2.0 requires yuv420 and status quo that's not available with wayland (and nvidia, at least)
You need complete HDMI 2.1 support or use X11 with the "ForceYUV420" "True" option.
