Translate Wiki to New Language without a Local Translator Team?
Greetings, all. I'm willing to create the wiki translation for Indonesian. According to contribution guide, I have to join the local translator team. However, I'm having a hard time finding it, or perhaps it's not exist at all. Should I create a local translator team first or can I translate the pages anyway? Finding some volunteers in Indonesia would take a lot of time and has a slim chance to success.

Huh... it's not even indexed by Google on my side, weird. I just realized it exist on "Change Language" options for that page but not mentioned in English page. Gonna add Bahasa to that page. Anyway, thanks.
