cuda-12.5 nvidia 550.90 compatible problems

It seems up to date cuda and nvidia are not compatible.

Cuda compilation tools, release 12.5, V12.5.40

NVIDIA-SMI 550.90.07 Driver Version: 550.90.07 CUDA Version: 12.4

There is an open-one-month-old issue on gitlub.
Thus I can assume I have to wait for nvidia update. I'm looking for a solution, because I tried to downgrade cuda and upgrade nvidia to beta and I keep getting the same errors
