KDE's shortcut module doesn't work with certain numpad keys

The KDE settings app recognizes all numpad keys as "NumLock" the first time one is used in a key combination (despite the fact that my keyboard doesn't have a numlock key), and it seems to identify them properly the second time one is used. However, only shortcuts with numbered keys seem to work; the ones with math operators don't do anything, even when the settings app correctly portrays the key combinations attached to the shortcuts.
