After the update - window shrinking when moving - KDE

I now have this situation. The maximized windows, when I move, shrink. Of course, I didn't have this before.

What options are responsible for this? Window behavior, but I don't see anything there.

https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/kwin/kc … index.html

In the Screen Edges settings module in the Workspace Behavior section of the system settings, you can configure windows to be quick-tiled to the whole, half, or quarter of the screen when dragged near the screen edges.

Yes, I know it. In my case, it worked differently before. It was not necessary to zoom to the edge so that I always had the window maximized.

Disable that feature?

Re: After the update - window shrinking when moving - KDE

Since I have no other choice I had to turn on the option to attract to the edge of the screen. In general, it is not convenient, especially since I previously had the option to move windows that "jumped" immediately moved to the screen. I did not have some special modification - script. It was an option from KDE.

Are there other options to move maximized windows?

Re: After the update - window shrinking when moving - KDE

I'm not sure what you're trying to say, but if you enable the feature that maximzes when dragging a window to the screen edge, it'll unmaximize if you drag it away.
If it umaximizes on dragging it despite that feature not enabled, you should probably report a bug.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=428272 - not sure whether that's actually related, though. Maybe the code is generally fuzzy.
