[solved] pikaur always asking password

Hi,

I recently updated pikaur manually, using git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/pikaur.git

Now, pikaur seems to always ask password even when not needed. This quite a strange behaviour. Is this the new way pikaur works?

Cannot confirm. I haven't used pikaur before, but so far it only called sudo if it made sense.

Ok. I reinstalled and it stopped asking sudo password. It happened earlier when running pikaur pcloud. I will close it, but it is strange! Problem solved but not explained.
