Pulseaudio/Sound playback error in my laptop

I have been using arch linux since last 2.5 years and been using pulseaudio for audio management in my system. So I have setup i3wm with it, since last 6 months i'm encountering a problem of playback error. Whenever i freshly boot my system and play a youtube video, spotify song or mp4 video, the video doesnot play with sound on or the spotify song doesn't play when unmuted, but but muting the system- everything starts playing but no audio. To counter this issue somehow i discovered a hack that when i insert my headphone audio jack it starts playing with audio but after a few minutes the problem comes back so I have to pull the jack out and insert it again so the video starts playing again with audio but doing this again and again is very tiring and damaging my audio jack so when I tried looking for solution online, didn't find any working solution. Please help me guys with this issue.

Re: Pulseaudio/Sound playback error in my laptop

How exactly are you starting i3? If via startx make sure you have a proper session by following the notes in: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Xinit#xinitrc and properly loading the systemd-user session.

If that didn't help, during reproduction of the issue post the outputs of

sudo fuser -v /dev/snd/*
systemctl --user status pulseaudio pipewire wireplumber
