Getting error while update the system

When I tried to update the system or base-devel I got this:

So how can I fix this? I'm a newbie

Are you using this: https://download.opensuse.org/repositor … ch/x86_64/
for Vietnamese input?

Check your /etc/pacman.conf file and comment out the offending repo
if it's not in there check the files in /etc/pacman.d/
