Mp3splt-gtk dependency problem, cannot install

I decided not to necrobump old thread ( https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=105246 ) so here goes. One of the dependencies for mp3splt-gtk, libmp3splt, is unavailable so therefore cannot install. Where can I report this so that it can be fixed?

Coincidently the issue has been touched yesterday in #archlinux. Please report this as a bug against mp3splt-gtk package.

Note, however, that the package itself hasn’t been updated for four years. It’s possible that the intention was to remove entire mp3splt, but the maintainer forgot to remove the dependent mp3splt-gtk.
