How can I change the mouse in the browser?

I have the mouse cursor with the 36 size set in the gtk settings and in the wayland compositor configuration, but the browser and the qt applications don't inherit these settings. The QT has very big and blurry cursor, and the browser/librewolf has the 24 mouse cursor size, but I set 36.

What desktop environment?

Try that at a complete guess based on my previous experience. That article is for KDE, but the same solution worked in MATE for me with the same problem with Firefox.
