With update to kde plasma 6.1.1, kwallet no longer opens on login

As stated, with the update to kde plasma 6.1.1, kwallet automatically opening on login stopped working. My login password is same as the wallet password.

Looking at the logs, the only line that seems off is this

Application ' "kded6" ' using kwallet without parent window!

Checking the status of plasma-kwallet-pam.service also seems to hint that it exited successfully, so I don't know what is failing.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Downgrading kwallet-pam to 6.1.0-1 temporarily fixes the problem.

Fixed with kwallet-pam 6.1.1-2

I confirm the bug, and downgrading kwallet-pam to version 6.1.0 solves the issue.

The issue is back for me with kwallet-pam 6.1.2-1.

You can't have *this* issue with 6.1.2. Yo may have a different issue with similar symptoms, for which you should open a new topic.
