Hello Everyone,
TLDR: Windows 11 has a Bluescreen Loop with DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION and Arch restarts the PC after 3 Minutes at "A start job is running for Journal Service". Arch stopped working after starting Windows 11 for the first time after installing Arch onto the PC.
A few days ago I installed Arch on a secondary Drive on my main PC alongside with Windows 11. Everything Worked great out of the box.
2 days ago I booted Windows 11 to play some Games, chat with friends, etc.. Yesterday I've booted the PC again, this time into Arch. After Logging in, Bluetooth and WIFI wasn't working. So I've restarted the PC, loaded back into Arch, this time it stuck on "A start job is running for Journal Service (...s / 1m 30s)". After waiting exactly 2 Minutes, the PC reboots on its own.
Tried Windows 11: Bluescreen: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. I tried multiple times booting both OS, I've managed to boot Arch only once with "nomodeset".
On top of that, since shutting down Windows 11 after gaming, the UEFI takes way longer to check for bootable Drives.
I am completely fine with reinstalling Arch if it has to be. Windows 11 not so much, except if i can copy some files onto Arch.
If you need Logs or something, I will gladly post it.
Just explain how to get them and I will try my best as a newbie. ![]()

Hello Again,
I fixed the problem: Windows fast boot!
When I took out the Drive with Linux on it, Windows booted like normal. Only then I've realised, that I didnt turn off Fast Boot.
