Shake Cursor

Hi!
I use Artix OpenRC, and my friend uses Arch (literally just installed) and we both have KDE Plasma.
But I have the "Shake cursor" item in the "Accessibility" section in the system settings, but my friend does not. What could this be related to?

$ pacman -Fx shakecursor 
extra/kwin 6.1.1.2-1 (plasma)
    usr/share/kwin/builtin-effects/shakecursor.json
extra/plasma-desktop 6.1.1-1 (plasma)
    usr/share/config.kcfg/kcmaccessibilityshakecursor.kcfg

Does your friend use the wayland session?

The shake cursor is only available in the wayland session
