[Linux-Hardened] [Flatpak] [Bubblewrap-SUID] Steam Namespaces Error

Does anyone have any idea how to run the Steam Flatpak on Linux hardened? Getting an error saying that the unofficial Steam Flatpak app now requires user namespaces to be enabled.

I'm using bubblewrap-suid binary instead of the regular bubblewrap binary. This seems to be a specific issue related to unofficial Steam Flatpak. I would prefer not to enable unprivileged user namespace creation if possible.

That's an option, but then there's no sandbox, and I have to enable multi-lib repos.

And the problem doing so is what?
Steam itself is a 32-bit binary - so to run it you need multilib support on linux.
Also the flatpack version is known to cause all kind of issues - likely due to this sandbox which games are not designed to run in.

I'm sure you have your reason for locking down your system - but that's just not compatible with gaming.

My dad is also quite paranoid (or at least he was - I don't know what he did to the system I built for him to his 50th let alone if it efdn still exists) and back in tge days of win7 he crashed his system several times when he learned about this "god mode folder": He disabled and deleted everything he didn't know and by this crippled the system it sometimes wasn't able to boot let alone do some work or play games.
Point is: no matter what your reason for this lockdown paranoia is - it's the wrong way if you wantvto play games. If you don't want to risk it usexa second system and isolate it on a vlan - otherwise give the games the required freedom.
