Hi,
I'm having a problem with last version and I need to make a rollback to 6.6.38-1.
While attaching my usb storage the system hangs.
If i leave attached storage (and powered on...) on boot the system hangs.
There are no logs...

Yes this could be the upstream bug that you have referenced! Lets wait what the bisection in https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=2183931 yields, but it might be the same issue

Resolved in 6.6.40-1
