Extremely low microphone volume (external sound card)

Just bought this external sound card, because of issues with my on-board one. I've tried multiple headsets. On all of them output is working great, but the microphone volume is extremely low. I basically have to scream directly into the mic for anything to be picked up.

I use Pipewire and tried changing the sample as well as cranking the mic volume up to 150% in pavucontrol with no success.

arecord -l
amixer -c0 #Or whatever the correct index of the USB dongle is acording to arecord -l
