Shutdown jump to login

System: Cinnamon
Shutdown jump to login, shutdown in login UI can shutdown.
And shutdown in terminal can not power off.

Please post some more details, e.g. when this started happening, what changed from when it worked, what output you get when you try to shut down from a terminal, the journal from an affected session (use a paste in service), etc..
