[Solved] Arch broke after pacstrap

I accidentally mounted the current system partition in /mnt, instead of the partition for the new system. After that, the system startup freezes at the moment of "Starting User Manager for UID 1000".
In journalctl says that "startup finished in 2.267s"
further, there are no errors, except for the error of opening the credentials folder.

Re: [Solved] Arch broke after pacstrap

I suspect the only damage that would come from running a pacstrap installation command on an existing system is that you may have the equivalent of a partial upgrade.  Please link to a complete journal for an attempted boot - the startup time isn't relevant but the actual log is.

However, I'd first recommend trying to switch to another tty when it stops at "Starting User Manager...".  Switch to tty2, and if you can, log in, then update the system.
