[SOLVED] Claws Mail fancy plugin

Hello,

This is just happened, or I only just noticed, the HTML part of a message now displays nothing, it worked perfectly a few days ago.

Has anyone else noticed or is it something unique to me?

The HTML viewer is now completely blank, screenshot here https://ibb.co/hHfch7W

Dillo will render but I cannot get it to allow links to open in another browser.

The actual email is fine and I can see the basic message but some companies send HTML only.

And you have the correct optional dep installed?

I have not changed anything since it was working, but I will double check now.

Well the optional dep changed a while ago, so if you didn't change anything, that would be a problem.

I just checked and it seems ok to me

Open claws-mail from a command line, does it give anything in stderr?

Yes, I should have thought of this, although it doesn't help me there is an error

$ claws-mail

Well the workround is to run

WEBKIT_DISABLE_COMPOSITING_MODE=1

when starting claws.
