Have Sound Coming from the Ports of the Same Sink

So basiclly in windows i had Voicemeter and i could output through my headphone jack and the line out which was convenient, i tried to remake the same behaviour with pipewire in the conf because its cleaner than runnning some commands and if i rebuild my system or else i still have the config in .config/pipewire saved. So i tried using the module to combien stream here but from what i saw it can only link sinks and therefore not ports.

To clarify i want to be able to output trought the two port of a single sink
