New kernel and nvidia install

I have the 'nvidia' driver installed and an running kernel 2.6.4.  If I 'pacman -Syu' and upgrade to the 2.6.5 kernel, do I need to run the nvidia installer again.  Also, as I have lilo as the boot manager, I assume I'll need to run 'lilo -v' as well before rebooting.

All this true?  Anything else to consider?

Yes you do...reinstall Nvidia drivers update lilo...etc
