No audio and microphone when I close Pavucontrol

Hi everyone, I am new to Linux so forgive me if I will commit some errors.

I have a problem with the audio on my PC.
In a first time I've had a problem with the microphone that was no recognised.
Then I've installed pulseaudio (in a first time I had pipewire) and with pavucontrol the problem was solved.
Anyway, now if I don't keep open pavucontrol, audio and microphone stop working.

I've read on other post in this forum that the problem can be connected to the presence of both pipewire and pulseaudio in the pc at the same time.
So I've already delete pipewire by the command:

sudo systemctl --global disable pipewire.service

But the problem still remain.

Anyone can help me to solve this problem?
