Problems with mirrorlist and downloading core, extra and multilib db

I tried to update my system as usual:
sudo pacman -Syu

I had such problems earlier so i decided to use reflectors to fix it
sudo pacman -S reflector

warning: database file for 'core' does not exist (use '-Sy' to download)
warning: database file for 'extra' does not exist (use '-Sy' to download)
warning: database file for 'multilib' does not exist (use '-Sy' to download)
error: target not found: reflector

then i tried to correct mirrorlist manually and added some mirrors and this didnt help

i also cant connect to the internet so i tried to find available networks, but it just stucked at this point:
iwctl

Waiting for IWD to start...

I dont know what to do now, please help me if you had such problem before or just know what to do here

Hello, and welcome to the Arch Linux forum.

Unrelated to pacman, so I will skip that part. You don’t have network configured. Follow network configuration page on ArchWiki.
