Plasma wayland broke after installing nvidia package

Hello

I just installed arch Linux on my desktop alongside windows. I installed KDE plasma Wayland and X11 desktop environment after booting in for the first time. After logging in I installed the nvidia package. It broke my Wayland session but if I boot into X11 it works okish (kinda sluggish). Is this a known issue right now and can someone help me on fixing or by passing this issue?

When I log into the wayland session it shows a black screen but all the applications from prevision session (X11) still start up.

I currently have Intel i7-12700K and NVIDIA 3060ti. I need the Wayland session because I have two monitors with different resolution (1 is 1080p and other is 4k), in wayland im able to specify each monitors scaling individually.
