quartus-free-130 no longer on AUR

Hello. I needed the specific 13.0 web version of the Quartus II software from Intel for a university class that uses old FPGA models no longer supported by more recent versions of Quartus. Looking at the wiki, the package was once on the AUR, but was removed or lost somehow, and quartus-130 (I assume the paid equivalent) is still there. I tried using quartus-130 but unfortunately I could not get the web license to work on it. If someone could clarify what happened and/or provide a new package for this version of Quartus, it would be appreciated, as I unfortunately do not know how to do it myself.

Yes it seems like there was a deletion request for it: https://lists.archlinux.org/archives/li … SFKECJSEH/
You can still clone the repository though as deleted packages are only delisted smile

Well, it indeed seems like that repository was pretty broken. There are a couple of dependencies I couldn't resolve:

lib32-libsm
lib32-ncurses5-compat-libs
lib32-tkimg

And according to the deletion request, these aren't even the correct dependencies.

Above is the link to the software's download site

Well, for anyone who needs this jurassic version of Quartus to run on Arch, it seems that the installer from Intel's website works well enough. The program is entirely contained in the folder you install it to.

I think it's best to install it separately like this. Run the program from the command line first so that it shows what dependencies, if any, are missing.
