Blue Yeti not Working until I unplug and replug it in.

I have a Gigabyte B550M DS3H (Yes I have ERP on.)
NVIDIA RTX 3060 (Not sure if my graphics drivers could affect pipewire or pulseaudio.)
If you guys need any other part info, please let me know.

I don't remember for how long I've had this problem, but I started really noticing how annoying it was to unplug and replug my Blue Yeti in for my pc to pick up the signal. I've tried re-installing arch from scratch, trying both pipewire (idk what the difference is for pipewire-pulse but i tried that too.) and I'm currently on pulseaudio. I messed with motherboard settings as I thought that it might be an issue with my USB ports, and later today I might try testing the mic with my laptop to see if I can reproduce the issue there so I can narrow it down to my specific PC. After some testing, I noticed that if I restarted my PC (i.e. power to the mic doesn't get cut), when I boot back in the mic doesn't work without replugging it, but if I shut it down (and let the mic turn off entirely) and then boot, the mic would work fine for a while before what I assume is idling and suspending until I unplug and replug the mic.

Did you properly switch to pulseaudio? If you're running wireplumber at the same time that will intercept calls intended for pulseaudio but have nothing to pass it to without pipewire-pulse. What outputs do you get from

sudo fuser -v /dev/snd/*
sudo dmesg | grep snd-usb
