[SOLVED]no audio output after system update (laptop)

(this is my first post here)

after i have updated the system (to linux 6.10.3.arch1-2), I wanted to speak with my friend on discord just to realize that i dont hear anything. my friend was actually hearing me meaning that the system recognizes the audio device. I haven't still figured out how would i solve this problem

(Edit : installed alsa-utils and executed "amixer sset Master on " and it worked )
