Wacom tablet and KDE: icons grabbing and windows sliding

Good morning all,
I have some issues with my Wacom One medium and Arch Linux installation with KDE.

The problems listed here happen only when using the tablet. None of this problem occurs when using the mouse.

Problem #1

One problem occurs when clicking on the panel icons: sometimes the cursor "grabs" one icon e continues to take it around, sticked to the cursor itself.

I made a video to better explain it. In the video I am not grabbing none of the icons, but simply clicking on them.

Problem #2

The other problem occurs when trying to move a window. If I click on the window title bar, no problem. If I pick the window in location different from the title bar, the window slides away in an arbitrary location. No problem when moving the windows around using the ALT+clic technique.

No problem when using Dolphin to move files around.

I made some videos to better explain it.
