How to disable Intel ME on a modern CPU?

I have never done anything like flashing modified firmware, so I am a total noob when it comes to hardware. I want to disable Intel ME or at least stop it from spying on me. Numerous articles on the internet seem to have conflicting information so I came here as a last resort to ask for advice from experienced users.
I have an Intel i5 10400, MSI Pro H410M-B motherboard and stock BIOS firmware (meaning I have never changed anything about the firmware, I've only updated it). There is no option to disable Intel ME on my BIOS. Do I switch to Coreboot and disable it with a Raspberry Pi, do I switch to AMD, because apparently their PSP has no access to the network, or do I buy one of those open-source firmware laptops?

Not sure how you can do it manually, but I do know with https://github.com/StarLabsLtd/coreboot-configurator you can disable it for devices with coreboot. You may also use libreboot. You can also take a look at https://github.com/corna/me_cleaner
