CLOSED - Why is chrome address bar, and 3 dot menu so screwed up?

I am not sure what I changed to cause this
accessing enlightenment via tigervnc
was working fine
I have tried installing  ttf-dejavu and ttf-bitstream-vera

Gut feeling is some HiDPI fuck-up?

seems to have fixed it.

Do you end up using some X11 fonts as default?

pacman -Qs xorg-fonts
fc-match sans
fc-match sans-serif
fc-match serif
fc-match monospace
