If not, please report this thread as duplicate.
They act differently to me, the refresh rate is unstable, but when I stop playing videos, the refresh rate go back to normal.
However, the other one has to reboot to fix the problem.

After testing with --no-config in MPV player, it seems to be they're --vo=gpu-next.

I'd suggest to focus on the wider issue and see whether it solves this narrower one as well.
