sound issues

Hello all,
I'm not recieving any sound at all from speaker-test or applications. Sound was working fine last night. I did run a general update, but after the sound issues started this morning. I'm using pipewire and wireplumber.

posting relevant info below

probably unrelated but on Pavucontroller when I go to config and select any profile other than "pro audio" I can't adjust volume as normal. I've been using "analog stero duplex" until now with no issues.
