Arduino-ide bugged but the one from their website works

The arduino-ide from the repos seems bugged but the one from their site works.
The menu bar is missing and it freezes when I press Ctrl+Shift+P, same thing on some old arch VM I got.
Anyone here using the arduino-ide from the Arch repos?

Mine is also locking up after a Ctrl + Shift + p
