Adjust Mouse sensitivity

I'm running FVWM and the mouse is slow as hell. Can someone tell me how to increase sensitivity? In XFCE I used the mouse settings tool, but FVWM doesn't have anything like that, I think it relies on the X mouse. (whatever that might mean)

Re: Adjust Mouse sensitivity

My mouse's acceleration was really high by default, so i put this in my .xinitrc before my wm:

exec xset m 2/7 1 &
xset [m[ouse]] [accel_mult[/accel_div]] [threshold]
