KDE, Wayland | Colors on display are slightly wrong

KDE 6.1.4, Wayland 1.23.0, AMD Navi 31 GPU with mesa 1:24.1.6.

I have noticed that some image colors are off by a few values when displayed on screen. In this screenshot, the KDE color picker is shown on the left, with GIMP in the background (solid color image for testing).

Image editors correctly read the color values from the file, but displaying the image on screen introduces some slight error. If I keep sampling the preview box in the color picker, the color value keeps drifting since the display stays wrong. The effect is the same across all monitors.
This seems like a misconfiguration or bug in Wayland. My first assumption was a color profile issue, so I've already tried disabling/masking colord.service and even uninstalling colord entirely; to no effect. All monitors have the "Color Profile" option set to "None" in the KDE settings.
