Dictation software and hardware

I've heard of nerd-dictation. Does it recognizes other languages eg. german? What dictation microphone do you recommend in Arch Linux. Does the Phillips SpeechMicrophone work ?
I am especially interested in medical terminology.

nerd-dictation mentions they use the vosk-api that supports 20+ langiages.
