When a topic with a long title is solved, how should one add "[SOLVED]" to the start while not exceeding max characters length?

Just shorten the rest of the subject - you're not bypassing the char limit.

Ik; I meant anything other than shortening the title. I believe in some cases the title needs to be inclusive.

Be more concise.

All three of your thread titles appear to be full sentences. For titles this is not required - in fact, good titles are almost never complete sentences.
"UNIX is simple and coherent" - Dennis Ritchie; "GNU's Not Unix" - Richard Stallman

What Trilby said, but more specifically your last thread could be shortened to something like "Connecting third monitor prevents system booting".
If still too long, you could probably also leave out "system".
The "not […] at all" is superfluous, and the fact that it's Arch Linux is redundant on these forums.

If really desperate for more space, can further shorten to "Connecting 3rd monitor prevents booting". If there's a will there's a way.

Idk what thread the OP is talking about, but https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=298809 is only 60 chars and the limit is 71 chars (incidentally the length of this threads subject)
